The 2S Story
Busted seams retire more waders than anything else. So we started by deleting them. Where a typical wader carries dozens of stitched seams, every one a future leak, the 2S carries two, mechanically bonded and stitch-less. Fewer seams, fewer failure points, more seasons.
The rest of the build backs it up: a 4-layer waterproof-breathable shell rated 20,000mm / 12,000g, a YKK AQUASEAL center zip, and boots insulated with 1200g Thinsulate. The shell is uninsulated on purpose. Layer light in September, heavy in January.

The body is an uninsulated, waterproof-breathable shell so you can layer for the conditions. The boots are insulated with 1200g Thinsulate. For late season, add insulated bibs or fleece wader pants underneath.
Tall sizes add torso and inseam length, not just height. If you carry your height in your torso and legs rather than only in your inseam, a T size is the one that fits.
Yes. Boot sizes run true to your shoe size. Wearing a heavy wool sock all day? Size up one.
The 2S Wader is the chest-high wader for timber and big water. The 2S Wading Pant is the waist-high version for shallow water and warmer sits. The Youth 2S Wader is the same build, scaled for kids.
They're water-resistant, not waterproof. The YKK pocket zippers shed rain and shrug off a misstep, but the pockets aren't built to be submerged. The AQUASEAL center zip is the waterproof one.
Rinse, hang them dry out of direct sun, and store them hanging rather than folded. Renew the DWR at home before the next season.
We repair them in-house under the lifetime warranty, about 7 business days from the day they land with us.

"I have used the waders for 4 days now in the field. First impressions they are quick to put on and take off. The foot area is tight a wider boot would be more comfortable. It was mid 60’s temperature and the waders made me feel cold with one pair of pants on when in the water and shortly after. To have an insulated option would really be nice. So far no leaks, easy to wear, and tough material."
