Position Summary:
The Network Inventory Associate supports Chêne Gear’s commitment to building premium outdoor gear without compromise by helping ensure the right product is available in the right place at the right time. This role is responsible for executing, coordinating, and monitoring inventory distribution across retail stores and warehouses. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute approved inventory distribution plans across Chêne Gear retail stores, fulfillment locations, distribution centers, warehouses, and other designated inventory points.
- Support a premium customer experience by helping ensure product availability, timely replenishment, and accurate inventory placement across the network.
- Coordinate inventory transfers between locations to balance demand, reduce stock shortages, minimize excess inventory, and support fulfillment performance.
- Collaborate with operations, planning, merchandising, warehouse, fulfillment, customer experience, and retail teams to support accurate inventory flow and brand consistency.
- Track inbound and outbound inventory activity, including shipments, transfers, receipts, adjustments, and related transaction records.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities to protect inventory integrity and strengthen reporting accuracy.
- Research and support resolution of inventory variances, shortages, overages, missing stock, and system discrepancies with urgency and accountability.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory movements, transfer activity, reporting updates, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory visibility, distribution accuracy, fulfillment speed, and overall network balance while supporting Chêne Gear’s standard of quality and trust.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related coursework in supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, retail operations, warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, outdoor apparel, or premium consumer goods preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory movement, replenishment, allocation, transfers, receiving, and fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, or comparable business systems.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately with inventory records, operational reports, transaction data, and system updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Work may be performed in office, warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, and retail store support environments.

This job is required to work 2nd shift, 2:30pm-11:30pm, during peak season (October-January).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside fulfillment associates to pick, pack, label, and ship customer and retail orders accurately and on time.
- Help organize daily workflow and direct associates to the highest-priority tasks throughout the shift.
- Lead by example by maintaining a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and sense of urgency.
- Answer questions and provide day-to-day coaching to help associates work safely and efficiently.
- Train new team members on fulfillment processes, warehouse equipment, and safety procedures.
- Monitor order quality and help resolve picking, packing, inventory, or shipping issues as they arise.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory.
- Ensure warehouse work areas remain clean, organized, and safe throughout each shift.
- Reinforce company safety policies and encourage safe work habits.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, equipment concerns, and operational issues to warehouse leadership.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–4 years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience.
- Previous experience serving as a lead, trainer, or informal team leader preferred.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld RF scanners.
- Forklift certification, or willingness to become certified, preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Position Summary:

- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
Wader Inspection & Evaluation
- Inspect returned waders and identify leaks, damage, and repair needs.
- Assess warranty claims and accurately document findings within company systems.
- Determine appropriate repair methods based on product condition and repair standards.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, testing, and outcomes.
Repair & Restoration
- Perform repairs including patching, seam sealing, waterproofing, and component replacement.
- Utilize specialized tools, adhesives, sealants, and repair techniques to restore product performance.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Follow established repair procedures and continuously improve repair techniques.
Quality Testing & Assurance
